When I ran for SUPERVISOR in 2007 I made several statements about District 2 and Pontotoc County.
My father,Bill Mercer,said at several political speakings[ " Evryone is taking credit for TOYOTA coming to Pontotoc County,ANDY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT,SO YOU CAN'T BLAME HIM FOR IT! " ]

I 100% believe my SUPERVISOR should be accountable to me in everything he does,I PAY HIS SALARY!
I was told by several political persons that " I better stop spreading bad rumors or I could get into trouble."
Well see for yourself if it is a rumor or if what I said came true,as I said YOU be the judge since it effects you.
